Cancellation Fee – $50:

In order to pick you up and be able to arrange our appointments around your schedule, each instructor and the school commit time and resources. It is almost impossible to reschedule a new student when an appointment is not cancelled ahead of time. Therefore, it will be greatly appreciated that you keep all the appointments that you have originally set and keep in mind that any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 2 full calendar days notice (from the day of lesson) will incur in a $50.00 cancellation fee. This includes students who do not have their ORIGINAL and VALID permit present at the time of the lesson.

IMPORTANT: To cancel an appointment please send a TEXT message to (858) 461-9762 and include the student's name, date/time of the appointment that you desire to cancel/reschedule, and the instructor's name if possible. Any other attempt to cancel a class (being messages left at the school's voice mail, e-mail messages, phone calls, etc) will not be considered proper notice and a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

 

*To cancel a Monday appointment, notice must be given by the preceding Friday before the end of the business day to avoid a cancellation fee.*

Convenience Fee - $25

Drop-off location must match pick-up location. Any request to be dropped off at a different location must be within a reasonable distance from pick up location (within10 mile radius of each other).

Duplicate Certificates – $30

If you lose a certificate or it is lost in the mail - Drivers Ed or Behind-the-Wheel completion certificate - you will be charged a $30.00 replacement fee for the processing of a duplicate.

Pick up/ Drop off time:

Pick up and drop off times are an estimate and the instructor typically arrives within 15 minutes of scheduled time (They may arrive 15 minutes before or after). This is due to traffic, constructions, and distances between lessons. Please be understanding and flexible. Safety takes precedence over punctuality. The clock will start ticking from the moment the instructor arrives.

Maximum time to complete all three lessons:

​All lessons packages and pre-paid classes will expire 9 months from the purchase date. No refund will be given, and no lessons will be taught after that period.

Behind-the-Wheel Completion certificates:

​Teen students will receive their Behind-the-Wheel completion certificate at the end of their third lesson.  

​

Refunds:

A $30.00 processing fee will apply to all requests for refunds of unused services.

 

Our lessons are offered to the Greater San Diego area. The farthest North we offer lessons is Del Mar, farthest East is El Cajon, and we cover as far South as San Ysidro. Areas such as Encinitas, Carlsbad, and Oceanside are explicitly excluded. Escondido, San Marcos, and Vista are also not included.
